Feelings and Purpose
Most of us undertake personal development, therapy or coaching because of some dissatisfaction in our lives. Often we think that we need to change or eradicate our “negative” feelings to be happy and to achieve our goals.
In these sessions a space is created for you to discover, through your own experience, how all your feelings are there to support you.
Rather than trying to eradicate or change certain feelings, therefore, you will discover that they are part of your unique creative process.
You will learn how to allow them to guide you towards greater joy and fulfilment, and also to help you achieve your goals!
