YOUR NEEDS MATTER

If you parent or work with children, it is likely you are always thinking of others. In doing so, you may be neglecting your own needs.

To be a better carer, it is important to take care of yourself.

When your needs are not being met, it is easy to feel stressed and concerned about the issues in your own life. This makes it difficult for you to understand, support and enjoy the children under your care.

Core Development can help you deal effectively with the stresses in your life and manage your own emotional needs.

HAPPY CARERS ARE HELPFUL CARERS

If caring for, teaching or raising children has you feeling stressed, it’s likely you’re not performing at your best.

Some of the issues that Core Development can help you with are:

  • Stress, Anxiety and Depression
  • Self-esteem and Performance
  • Relationships
  • Emotional Balance
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Effective Communication
  • Team Building

FIND THE TIME FOR YOU

Parenting and working with children are highly rewarding and incredibly challenging. It is easy to become stressed and overwhelmed.

By taking the time to prioritise your own needs, you will be in a better condition to look after and enjoy the children in your care.
