YOUR NEEDS MATTER

If you parent or work with children, it is likely you are always thinking of others. In doing so, you may be neglecting your own needs.

To be a better carer, it is important to take care of yourself.

When your needs are not being met, it is easy to feel stressed and concerned about the issues in your own life. This makes it difficult for you to understand, support and enjoy the children under your care.

Core Development can help you deal effectively with the stresses in your life and manage your own emotional needs.
