Life can be difficult sometimes.
Many of us experience stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, frustration or relationship difficulties.
These feelings often arise because you do not fit into any of the boxes that you are expected to fit into. Your needs are not understood and they are not being met.
I’ve been through this myself. I know how it feels. I’ve turned my own life around after many years of distress and helped many others do the same.
I offer sessions for individuals, couples, parents and teenagers, and talks and workshops for groups and organisations.
My aim is to help you deal effectively with the challenges you are facing, so you can make your life and relationships more fulfilling.
