So you’re feeling worried or out of sorts. Perhaps you don’t feel quite right, but you find it hard to describe exactly how you feel. You know your life can be better, but you don’t know how to get there.
You may have already tried various approaches without getting the results you are looking for. Maybe you’re feeling disillusioned and starting to wonder if there’s anything that can actually help you feel better.
I felt that way for years, until I emigrated to London in search of a way out of my emotional distress. What I found there was not a way out, but a way through.
Many self-help approaches focus entirely on the individual, without seeking to understand the specific situation the person is in. I believe it is essential to look at the whole picture.
We need to consider your unique context before deciding if your feelings are a problem, or simply a natural response to challenging conditions.
Forcing yourself to adjust to an unhealthy situation or relationship is not healthy. In my approach, I view symptoms like worry or low spirits—which society often labels as “dysfunctional”—as something entirely different.
They are often healthy signals that we need to make changes. When understood in context, these feelings can become pathways to creating a more fulfilling and successful life.
It is also valuable to observe any discrepancies between what we say and how our bodies react. This includes looking at the alignment between words, body language, and tone of voice.
For example, if someone says, “I feel fine,” but speaks in a tense or aggressive voice, it provides a useful opportunity for curiosity. I believe it is vital to explore these moments, but only when you feel completely safe and ready to do so.
We explore these patterns creatively, always respecting your comfort levels and boundaries.

Rather than giving you standard answers, my aim as an emotional and somatic facilitator is to co-create the conditions that help you make your own insights and discoveries.
If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to arrange a session to explore further. I offer consultations in person in Sydney and via Zoom or over the phone worldwide.
